Course aims

Understanding everyday` behavior as etiquette. Forming the rules of conduct and socialisation for working and every day life.

Brief description of the course

Greeting. Communicative etiquette. Choice of clothes pending on the quittity of the work. Occasions in life, traditions and customs. Invitations. Different receptions, suitable clothing for receptions.Tableware and textiles. Full treatment and self-treatment tables. Etiquette in restorants and caffes.

Learning outcomes in the course

Upon completing the course the student:
- knows social graces, etiquette of food and drinks;
- knows how to act in different situations
