Course aims
To develop vocal abilities, sense of harmony and diction.
To support students in acquiring skills and knowledge in working with an amateur choir or vocal group.
To support students in acquiring skills and knowledge in working with an amateur choir or vocal group.
Brief description of the course
Voice-placement in the choir and individually, working with the choir, song selection according to the composition. In singing emphasis is put in singing in a group and ability to acquire different music styles.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- the student is able to sing the voice parts in a vocally and intonationally to a high level
- Ability to express oneself through music and performance as a conductor
