Course aims
To create prerequisites to understand sales and marketing automation approach in business process, its goals and usage of applications
Brief description of the course
Course gives an overview of sales and marketing automation role in business process. All of the aspects of client relations and digital marketing (homepage, e-mail, social media, blogs, questionnaires etc) in B2B and B2C markets are discussed in given context.
Marketing work stages, getting client contacts, engaging consumers and measuring the profitability of marketing.
Course also gives an overview of world leading sales and marketing automation applications, their functions and differences.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- is able to implement sales and marketing automation by using different applications.
