Course aims
The aim of the course is to enable the students of planning the study process and development of carrying out the skills and use of acquired knowledge and skills in practice.

Brief description of the course
As part of the practical course on the didactics of vocational training, the student will practise implementing the knowledge and skills acquired on the courses of vocational training didactics in teaching topics from their own specialty. As part of the practical course, the student will conduct, either individually or in a pair, a mini-lesson (20-40 min) on a topic from their specialty, with their fellow university students as the class. Fellow students will give feedback on the class based on agreed assessment criteria. The student analyses their mini-lesson on the basis of the feedback of their fellow students and the lecturer, as well as a filmed video.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- plans one minilesson of their profession on the basis of student-based principles and the formulated learning outcomes;
- analyzes the performed minilesson and makes observations on the further development of the self;
- gives feedback to the fellow students’ conducted lessons and thereby supporting their development and learning themselves from the experienced practices.
