Course aims
Create opportunities for analyzing, developing and assessing the educational activity of an adult educator.
Brief description of the course
The educator as a director of the learning process and a catalyst of cooperation. The learning process and designing it. Dialogical relations. Foundations of interaction. Micro-learning: self-analysis and reflection. Video-analysis of a micro-lesson.
Content of independent work: self-analysis; conducting and preparing of a micro-lesson and giving feedback.
