Course aims
Create opportunities for acquiring the roles of an adult educator and analyzing the educational activity of an adult educator.
Brief description of the course
Development of the profession of an adult educator. Roles, activities, tasks, competence of an educator. Professional development of an educator. Sources of learning for an adult educator: life, studies and additional education, learning in the community of practice, learning at work.
Ethics of the educator´s work. Ethical dilemmas in the educator´s work. Freedom and responsibility in educating. Indoctrination.
