Course aims
Knowledge in play philosophy and different theories of play. Substance of play and games. Kinesthetic play as option in special education.
Brief description of the course
Substance of play and games. Historic overview about theories of play and games. Multisensori activities in treatment of learning difficulties. Using logorhythmics and therapy facors as methods in remedial teaching.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- has overview about theories of play and games;
- has knowledge about the importance of play and games in educational sciences, is able to support pupils development via play and kinesthetic learning;
- has overview about the methods useful in remedial teaching.
