Alternative subject between the different fields or programs. Provide overview of the 3D projection’s possibilities. Connection with 2D drafting.

Brief description of the course

Solid EDGE – CAD system of new generation which’s best side is that it is particularly user-friendly. Projection based on assembly, modeling on the assembly’s background, solution of the conflicts between the details, relations between the details, creating of 2D drafts from model, cuttings from assembly, Integration with other-programs, Direct connection with a lot of CAD packets, Visualize Overview of 3D projection in generally. Using materials and rendering. Lights.

Learning outcomes in the course

Upon completing the course the student:
Ability to use the possibilities of SolidEdge - ability to create 3D details. Ability to generate 2D figures out of 3D models and vice versa - knowledge about visualization, rendering and using models in Web Pages.
