Course aims

Shape the knowledge and skills to use digital technologies purposefully and creatively.

Brief description of the course

Course is with the practical nature and course themes are can be varying in different domains. Planned themes which can be selected for the course are:

Text editing;
Presentation techniques;
Spreadsheet;
Basics of raster- and vector graphics;
Audio- and video processing;
Digital photography;
Social media.

Learning outcomes in the course

Upon completing the course the student:
- understands the nature of the digital- and social media and knows its application fields;
- knows how to use office software for formatting written texts;
- knows how to create presentations by following recommendations and using the possibilities of the software;
- knows how to use collaborative environments for planning and conducting team work.
