Course aims

Knowledge of the process of the formation of Romance languages, their structural and historical similarities and differences on the backround of the formation of Romance cultural space.

Lectures on the process of the formation of Romance languages, their structural and historical similarities and differences on the backround of the formation of Romance cultural space.

Learning outcomes in the course

Upon completing the course the student:
- has knowledge of the similarities and differences of the languages and cultures of the Romance peoples:
- has capacity to analyse old written documents in Romance languages;
- has ability to orientate in current approaches to the domain.
