Brief description of the course
Sõnavara päritolu uurimise otstarve, etümologiseerimismeetodid. Ülevaade eesti tüvevara päritolust, eesti keele kontaktidest teiste keeltega ja eesti sõnavara uurimise ajaloost. Iseseisva töö moodustavad kodused harjutustööd.
