Course aims
To provide students with the techniques for writing across different media.
Brief description of the course
Exploring how to write for various media, for example film, literature, television. Also exploring theatre, radio, and video games. Practice writing and re-writing the same story in the a number of forms in order to gain an understanding of each form’s limitations and opportunities.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- understands how the different forms work and can produce examples of each.
