Course aims
The objective of the course is to complete a sustained piece of individual academic writing in the style of a short academic article.
Brief description of the course
This course will allow students to further develop their legal writing skills. Students identify key journals in their field of interest and prepare an article for possible submission in the style of this journal.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
- have identified key academic outlets in their field of interest;
- be able to present and comment on an individual research plan targeting publication in such an outlet;
- have prepared a draft article for submission in their journal of choice.
