Course aims
Provide an overview of the key issues of the Constitutional Law, to help acquire reading skills of the Constitution;
Develop understanding of the functioning of the constitutional order, the Parlianment, the Government and other constitutional institutions; to acquire state power structure and operating principles;
Teaches to understand the basic concepts of Administrative Law and procedure.
Brief description of the course
Introduces the basic issues and theoretical foundations of the Constitutional and Administrative Law, the fundamental constitutional values and persons basic rights, freedoms and responsibilities; governmental systems and institutions. Helps to acquire knowledge of Administrative Law, administrative procedures and administrative acts.
Learning outcomes in the course
Upon completing the course the student:
The student who has passed the course:
• knows the basic concepts of the Constitutional Law;
• knows and understands, the governmental system of the sate and constitutional institutions competence, also persons fundamental constitutional rights and freedoms;
• knows the basic principles of Administrative Law and knows how to apply them;
• knows requirements given to an administrative organ action and to an administrative act .
