working as a school teacher or special needs teacher;
- Four-year (240 ECTS) applied higher education, Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in teacher education or educational sciences, working as a school teacher;
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in preschool education or educational sciences, working as a kindergarten teacher.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a teacher.
Estonian language skills at level C1.
